The development of this new Biocide Systems technology was done in conjunction with CLOO Labs Inc. after Biocide Systems recent decision to sever ties with odorscience.net and discontinue use of their nosGuard SG ™ technology.This decision was predicated by concerns over the safety of the nosGuard SG ™ pouches, previously marketed as autoVaccine, and the ineffective response of odorscience.net to those safety issues.The addition of business practices not in conformity with the goals and values of Biocide Systems necessitated the change.
It appeared odorscience.net would attempt to circumvent EPA guidelines with off-label claims and restructure contracts to their own advantage, Biocide Systems chose to investigate new methods of ClO2 delivery for odor elimination.
